HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typical turnaround time is about 7 working days after your order has been confirmed (design and payment). In case of rush orders, please email our Customer Service department here.

 WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

 We offer FREE SHIPPING in the US. We also ship internationally, please email our Customer Service department here regarding the shipping.

 WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS IS USED?

 We use a process called laser marking. The premium products we customize deserve a premium process. The laser marking technique permanently adheres your text, monogram or logo to the surface of the product so that unlike other methods (screen printing, stickers, etc.) this won't scratch or fade over time. It lasts the life of the product!

 CAN YOU MARK BOTH SIDES OF THE TUMBLER?

 Yes! For an additional fee of $10 per unit we can mark the other side with the same marking or a different marking (Ex: logo on one side and a name on the other). We can mark both sides of the YETI Rambler, YETI Lowball and YETI Colster, both the Big BOSS and Lil BOSS. We cannot mark both sides of the ORCA Chaser because of the location of the ORCA logo.

 WHERE DO YOU PLACE THE LOGO OR MONOGRAM AND HOW BIG CAN IT BE?

• The 27 oz ORCA Chaser has a max printable area of 3.75” wide by 3.75” tall.
• The 30 oz YETI Rambler and the 30 oz Big BOSS all have a max printable area of 3.5" wide by 2.75" tall.
• The 20 oz YETI Rambler and the 20 oz Lil BOSS all have a max printable area of 3" wide by 2.5" tall.
• The YETI Colster has a max printable area of 2.5" wide by 2.25" tall.
• The YETI Lowball has a max printable area of 3" wide by 2.5" tall.

 Please keep your logo proportional and do not try to stretch the image to fit the max dimensions. We will do our best to make the logo as prominent as possible on the cup but in the end we are still limited by the design.

 WHAT FILE TYPE DOES MY LOGO NEED TO BE?

 The required file format is .eps / .ai or any high resolution PDF/ JPG.

 IS COLOR AN OPTION FOR MARKING THE STAINLESS TUMBLER OR IS BLACK MY ONLY OPTION?

 The laser marking process is very precise so just about any logo can be permanently placed onto the product. The only limitation is that the laser marking doesn't allow for color on the stainless tumblers. Black is the only option. That being said, the combination of the solid black with the stainless steel substrate is the perfect complement to any logo or monogram. Laser Marking does not do any grayscale so to get an idea of what your logo design would look like, convert it to a pure black and white image - that is how it will be rendered on the product.

 IF ORDERING AN ORCA CHASER IN A DIFFERENT COLOR, WHAT COLOR WILL THE LASER ETCHING BE?

 The logo will be silver on all colored ORCA Chasers.
